style=\"margin-bottom: 16px\" align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 13px\">This easy project will show you how to make 2 LED lights blink on and off, like an emergency vehicle using an Arduino board<\/span><b><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 13px\">!\u00a0 <\/span><\/b><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\"><span style=\"font-size: 13px;font-family: Verdana\">(You&#8217;ll still need to make the siren noise though:)<\/span><br \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 16px\" align=\"left\"><b><span style=\"font-family: Verdana\">Supplies<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana\">2 LED lights<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">1 470 ohm resistor<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">1 Breadboard<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Couple of jumper wires<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">1 Arduino Board<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">1 USB Cable<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\"><span style=\"font-size: 13px;font-family: Verdana\">1 <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 13px\">Computer with Arduino software installed (<\/span><a class=\"valid-link validation-enabled\" style=\"font-family: Verdana\" href=\"http:\/\/www.arduino.cc\/en\/Main\/software\"><span>http:\/\/www.arduino.cc\/en\/Main\/software<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 13px\">&#8211; Ask your parents first!!<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 20px\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 13px\">Now we&#8217;re ready to hook things up!<\/span><\/span><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><b><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 20px\"><br \/><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><span style=\"font-family: Verdana\">Step 1: Hooking up the breadboard!<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana\">First, attach the LEDs to the breadboard<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana\">Now connect both cathodes of the LEDs together with a jumper wire.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana\">Next, add the 470 ohm resistor by setting it up so that the cathode sides of the LEDs are connected to the resistor, and then to a common ground.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b><span style=\"font-family: Verdana\">Step 2: Hooking up the Arduino Board!<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana\">First, plug one end of a wire into the #13 digital pin of the Arduino Board to the anode of the first LED.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana\">Next, plug another wire into the #12 digital pin of the Arduino to the anode of the 2nd LED.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana\">Finally plug one end of a wire into the ground (GND) digital pin to the other end of the 470 ohm resistor to complete the circuit.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a style=\"font-family: Verdana\">Next, open the Arduino Sketch Program and copy the code below:<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a
